63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-Licensing

28-Hour Reactivation Course
Florida Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers who have held an involuntarily inactive license for more than 12 months but fewer than 24 months are required to complete the 28-Hour Reactivation Course. This course provides the essential review of laws, principles, and practices needed to reactivate your license and return to real estate activity with confidence
14-Hour Continuing Education
Florida Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers are required to complete 14 hours of Continuing Education every two years after their first license renewal. Members of the Florida Bar are exempt from this requirement. This course fulfills all FREC-mandated Continuing Education components, including core law, business ethics and practices, and specialty education. It provides a comprehensive review of essential laws, ethical standards, and industry topics to help licensees stay current and compliant.
