I had an amazing experience at Edgewater Real Estate Academy. From day one, our instructor, Carolina Pappe, guided us with the utmost professionalism. She provided us with extensive tools and resources to learn about all the principles, practices, and laws of real estate in Florida.Thanks to her dedication and teaching approach, I was able to pass both the school exam and the state exam, and successfully obtain my Real Estate Sales Associate license. I have taken all of my FL Real Estate license courses and exams through Edgewater Real Estate Academy. Carolina has been amazing to work with for so many reasons. Coming from Real Estate Background I was praying to have a good teacher. I have previously studied in different schools for my other licenses and I am so happy I didn’t choose those for my sales associate pre-licensing course. Miss Carolina is an amazing teacher that explains everything in such an articulate and knowledgeable fashion. She as a teacher has a beautiful energy that makes her very attentive to her students. I bought the course online because the presencial course was already in the middle, but I’m not an online person, so I waited until the next course available and I am very happy.Carolina is awesome, she has an endless knowledge about the subject and she explains perfectly.She is a brilliant and successful professional , the best part is that she is funny.I never missed one class and passed the school test with a very good grade. I highly recommend Edgewater, Carolina is the best!

Carolina is an amazing instructor! She has so much knowledge about the industry and loves to share it with her students. She brings real life examples which makes it more easier to understand different concepts. The material is very dry but somehow she manages to make it interesting. These classes were great! I'm so glad i chose this school to help me get my realtor's license. I checked out a lot of different options and asked around to other people who have taken courses for the same thing and everyone told me to call this school. I would recommend it to everyone who is interested in getting their real estate license! The owner of the school she is amazing and with many years of experience in real State area, and the location of this school is a plus!Totally recommended!!

What a great experience, I just graduated in September 2021. Caraolina was our teacher, she Also is a real estate broker. She was able to give us insight into actual day to day real estate experience that I know I would not have gained at a different school. She made the class fun and educational.
